Thank you for shopping at Blanketzzz. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed on Blanketzzz.co.uk.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 4 business days maximum.

We process and pack orders Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel has been shipped.


2. Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Usual delivery time: 6–7 business days

  • Latest possible delivery: up to 3 weeks after dispatch
    (This is a very rare maximum window in case of courier delays.)

We always aim to deliver as fast as possible, and most customers receive their order within the standard 6–7 day timeframe.


3. Delivery Guarantee – Full Refund if Late

Your order is protected by our Delivery Guarantee:

👉 If your order has not been delivered within 3 weeks, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

You may still keep the parcel if it arrives afterwards.


4. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.
You can follow your parcel at any time through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Occasional promotions may include free standard delivery.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Blanketzzz cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost:
